Are you an experienced CNC Programmer, CAM Programmer or Production Engineer looking for a technically varied role within a skilled machine shop environment?
We are recruiting for a CNC Programmer / Production Engineer to join a high-performing engineering and manufacturing team in Banbury. This role will suit someone with strong CNC programming experience, confident CAM programming skills, and a solid background in precision machining, prototype work or small batch production.
This is an excellent opportunity for a CNC Programmer / Production Engineer who enjoys complex components, technical problem-solving and supporting wider machine shop operations.
Experience with HyperMILL would be ideal, but candidates with strong experience in other CAM software will also be considered, including Mastercam, Edgecam, Siemens NX, SolidCAM, Fusion 360, FeatureCAM, Delcam, PowerMill or similar.
