Key Job Accountabilities:
Play critical role in managing component repair operations and lead a team of service engineers and technicians Product portfolio comprises of commercial and military aircraft engine parts repair e.g. CFM56-5B/-7B, LEAP-1A/-1B Drive operational excellence to meet TAT, OTD, Productivity, Labour Utilization as well as Quality and Safety compliance Allocate manpower and resources to maximize production outputs Spearhead Continuous Improvement projects as well as Digitalization and Automation initiatives to reduce cost and drive productivity Interface with customers and coordinate with various functions such as Sales, Customer Support, PP&C and Engineering to provide component MRO support for key engine programs Ensure compliance of quality standards and regulations laid down by a...
