Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
- Performs quality inspection to ensure that the output is within specifications and according to established procedures
- Complies with and performs procedures and instructions prescribed by the company’s/plants Quality and Environment Management standards and government regulations. Ensures implementation of proper waste segregation and disposal procedures, conservation of resources, and pollution prevention programs.
- Observes Good Manufacturing Practices, Food Safety, HACCP and Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures and workplace safety regulations and emergency preparedness programs (e.g. chemical spill response, ammonia leak response, fire safety).
- Complies with company rules and regulations and observes professional decorum at all times.
- Performs clean-up and housekeeping activities and maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the machine and its surroundings.
