Job Title: Production Coordinator
Job Description
This role primarily supports the Manufacturing Manager by assisting in managing shipping and job material issues. The individual will also be responsible for generating all shippers and invoices for all BES orders, providing essential support to the manufacturing team.
Responsibilities
+ Print and review Stock Order Shipment reports and coordinate material shipment.
+ Generate all shippers for BES orders and deliver them to warehouse/packaging for processing.
+ Generate all invoices for BES orders and process as required.
+ Print Work Center Reports for each Production Lead and distribute them.
+ Assist in monitoring Hot Items for specific jobs as required.
+ Review Job Variance reports to correct discrepancies.
+ Communicate BES schedule issues to Customer Service.
+ Perform other duties as required, including creating pivot tables.
