Production Controller/Planner (I Level Maintenance

Amentum is seeking a qualified Production Controller/Planner to coordinate repair, maintenance, and modernization efforts for U.S. Navy ships homeported in and visiting Rota, Spain.

Responsibilities

• Use basic knowledge of U.S. Navy maintenance policy and practices.
• Order production materials and manage procurement actions.
• Utilize knowledge of the Maintenance Systems Environment (MSE) and Navy Maintenance Database (NMD) as well as Technical Assistance and Assessment Systems Information (TAAS‑Info).
• Apply Microsoft Office Suite skills and document production information in web‑based management databases, SQL‑based Microsoft Access, SharePoint, and shared drive applications.
• Compile data into clear reports and spreadsheets for military and civilian audiences.
• Transcribe and type inter‑ and intra‑office reports and email correspondence.
