Production / CMT Coordinator

Full-time Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities: Raise Product Purchase Orders (PPOs) and maintain production information on SYNC Coordinate production schedules with CMT factories and field auditors Process Approval to Cut documentation and monitor cut figures Analyse production variances, investigate shortages, and resolve production queries Track daily factory progress, update delivery dates, and maintain accurate production records Prepare weekly production reports, order trackers, and coordinate production meetings Liaise closely with Merchandising, QA, Fabric, Trim, Logistics, Accounts, and Distribution teams Manage finished goods queries, production reconciliations, and surplus material returns Measure and report factory OTIF (On Time In Full) performance Requirements: 3–5 years' experience in a Production Coordination role within the clothing manufacturing industry Strong understanding of garment manufacturing processes and garment construction Experience working with CMT factories Proficient in Micros...
