Job Description
Responsibilities
- Calculate total daily production quantity output and verify balance against each plan order.
- Encode transfer notes for finished goods (FG) and work in progress (WIP) to the MRP system.
- Daily check of part inventory stock in the MRP system.
- Record the quantity of incoming inserts to be used in production.
- Prepare weekly reports on percentage planning yield and weekly production efficiency.
- Prepare reports on daily rejected parts and record them in the non-conforming report.
- Coordinate with the planner regarding the production plan.
- Prepare weekly material inventory.
- Prepare labels to be used in production.
- Prepare overtime and leave forms for production personnel and submit to HR.
- File production-related documents such as part samples, sample approval forms, and injection molding parameter data.
