Job Description
**Production Associate**
We are seeking Production Associates to support a growing production and manufacturing operation. This role is responsible for moving materials throughout the facility, unbagging and unpackaging ingredients, and assisting production line operators to maximize efficiency and output.
**Pay:** $21.00-$23.00 per hour
**Schedule:** Full-Time
**Shift & Pay: Mon - Thurs ($1 pay increase after 3 months!)**
+ **1st Shift:** 7AM - 5:30PM - $21/hr
+ **2nd Shift:** 5:30PM - 4AM - $23/hr
This is a fast-paced, physically demanding position requiring team members who are dependable, safety-focused, and able to perform repetitive lifting throughout their shift. As production continues to expand, these employees will play an important role in supporting operational growth across both 1st and 2nd shifts.
