The role focuses on operating equipment, maintaining compliance, and preparing production materials.

Equipment Operations

• Run the equipment.
• Identify machine breakdowns, dysfunctions, or product quality-related issues.
• Contribute to learning and mentoring actions to onboard new operators.

Standards Compliance (Working instructions/targets/Quality)

• Execute tasks.
• Record data (when not automated) to ensure traceability.

Production Material Preparation (Preparation of raw material for production and finished goods for packing)

• Check that raw material is delivered by the Warehouse operator according to the production requests.
• Execute tasks related to the loading of raw material or semi‑finished goods.
• Check several parameters at the end of the last production process step: total length, number of good quality products, number of defective products.
