We’re looking for an On-Set Production Assistant to support our client's video crew during filming dates and help keep daily production operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced production environment, communicates well with cross-functional teams, and is ready to jump in wherever needed on set.
This is ad-hoc freelance work, and project based.
What You’ll Do:
+ Support daily on-set production operations
+ Coordinate communication between crew, talent, and departments
+ Manage walkies and on-set communications
+ Lock up set during filming takes
+ Distribute call sheets and sides
+ Assist with equipment setup and breakdown
+ Run production-related errands
+ Support craft services
+ Maintain a safe, organized production environment
