Production Assembler / Solderer – Production Department

Location: Bromsgrove

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Hours: 40hr week – Monday to Thursday 7.55am to 4.30pm and Friday 7.55am to 4pm

Temporary role with the potential to go permanent.

Responsibilities

• Use hand tools, power tools and soldering equipment to assemble or repair parts and products.
• Read and interpret technical documents, such as diagrams, schematics, blueprints, and written or verbal instructions.
• Work collaboratively with team members to efficiently assemble products according to specifications.
• Inspect and test completed assemblies for quality, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
• Identify defective or non‑conforming parts and follow established procedures for handling and reporting issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe workspace, following workplace housekeeping standards.
