  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

  • Ability to work with small, high-quality parts.

  • Excellent math and mechanical skills

  • Ability to adapt to new situations and challenges.

  • Flexible to work rotating shifts to accommodate production schedule.

  • Able to stand, bend, twist, and lift up to 50lbs throughout a shift.
