Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, forward-thinking Production & Flow Coordinator. Think of this role as preventative maintenance for our repair pipeline. You will oversee vehicle flow from blueprint to delivery, identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies before they impact cycle times or quality. You'll work closely with Repair Planners, Technicians, Parts Coordinators, and leadership to keep the shop running proactively rather than reactively.
