Position: Production Supervisor Location: Coimbatore Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily production operations and ensure timely execution of production plans Monitor machine performance and coordinate with maintenance teams when required Ensure compliance with GMP, hygiene, and food safety standards Handle manpower planning and manage contract workers/operators Maintain production reports and shift documentation Reduce wastage and improve operational efficiency Ensure smooth line changeovers and minimize downtime Support worker training and maintain discipline on the production floor Coordinate with QA, warehouse, and maintenance departments for smooth operations Ensure safety practices are followed across the production area Required Skills: Knowledge of GMP & Food Safety practices Production planning and execution Manpower handling Problem-solving and leadership skills Basic reporting and documentation Good communication skills Preferred Candidate Profile: Experience in FMCG or fo...
