Summary of Position
As a Product Designer, you’ll contribute to designing thoughtful, accessible, and user-centered experiences that serve patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers. You’ll work on complex, primarily desktop-based workflows such as appointment management, patient records, and virtual care interactions, and translate them into clear, effective solutions that drive real impact.
You’re a collaborative designer with a strong visual sensibility and a thoughtful approach to problem-solving. You combine visual craft with critical thinking to create intuitive and inclusive experiences that support a range of user needs and levels of digital literacy. You actively seek feedback and use it to refine your thinking, validate assumptions, and continuously improve your work.
