Job Overview
We are looking for a knowledgeable and engaging Product Trainer to join our remote growing team. In this role, you will deliver technical product training to internal teams helping them confidently understand, install, and support our HVAC product line. You will develop training materials, conduct hands-on demonstrations, and serve as a product expert to support product adoption and customer success.

Job Responsibilities
Training Delivery
- Deliver in-person and virtual product training sessions for employees, distributors, contractors, and customers.
- Conduct hands-on demonstrations covering product installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Facilitate new hire onboarding and product certification programs.
- Assess training effectiveness through participant feedback and evaluations.
