Job Description
Achieve set sales target for the region
- Build and maintain relationship with customers
- Develop sales strategy
- Develop launch plan for the new Visian Family across the region
- Drive key account program
- Train new surgeons in the region
- Support Customer Service through calculation, ordering and obtaining relevant information for complaints
Analyse market feedback on product performance
- Collection and assist analysis of market relevant data and support improvement requirements
- Participation in national and international congresses & exhibitions
- Organize and assist effective training and practice development program & activities in the region
