About The Role
The Senior or Product Specialist is responsible for driving product performance, supporting sales growth, and serving as the subject matter expert for assigned products. This role involves close collaboration with sales, marketing, and customers to ensure effective product positioning, customer satisfaction, and achievement of business objectives.
What You Will Deliver
- To plan and achieve the sales target of RCPA, analyzer & other relevant products to Laboratories, Private Hospitals, Teaching Hospitals and Govt Hospitals in designated area.
- To educate HCPs on the importance of EQA and other products with related stakeholders on the importance of accuracy diagnosis yet user friendly.
- To defend and grow existing customers on related EQA sample programs and grow more patient base for existing analyzer parameters.
