Job Description
Responsibilities:
Own EES service tool portfolio from a technical perspective β this includes internally developed, co-developed, and purchased service tools
Software based tools (laptop applications, internal Linux controllers), hardware-based tools (Gameboy like devices), physical tools (charge/discharge tools, etc.)
Coordinate the development of service tools with the internal engineering team, engineering teams from other divisions, and external suppliers
Work collaboratively with Epirocβs Parts and Service Division (PSD) on service strategies for current and future products. Translate strategies into tangible tools and products for EES and PSD
Drive requirements towards new product development in relation to serviceability
Service tools, manuals, documentation, service intervals, etc.
Participate in design reviews, approve requirements, and act as stakeholder in projects
