Product Project Manager Voicebot, Copilot & Speech Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Definition & planning
• Structure initiatives and define use cases (automation, agent assist, analytics)
• Prioritize based on business impact and technical feasibility
• Build and validate business cases and forecast value
• Define roadmap, releases, and implementation plans
• Coordinate across Product, AI, Tech, and local teams
• Manage backlog, risks, dependencies, and timelines
• Ensure smooth execution and delivery
• Oversee testing phases (unit & UAT)
• Ensure readiness for production environments
• Support deployments and go-live in countries...
