Requisitos

• 5+ years of experience in product, AI, or technology project delivery.
• Experience in voice, contact center, or AI-driven solutions (preferred).
• Experience in global / multi-country environments.
• Strong understanding of business case development and KPI tracking.
• Experience in delivery management and backlog coordination.
• Lenguages: English: fluent (required); Spanish: fluent (required); Portuguese: nice to have.
