This role requires strong leadership, process optimization skills and expertise in product development to drive every project to excellence and meet customer expectations and deadlines.

• Contribute to mechanical design and new/existing product development.
• Lead teams in development of new products, solutions, and processes.
• Identify design issues and determine design direction, goals, and plan tasks for segments of engineering programs.
