As a member of the Product Transformation and Strategy team, this role is responsible for supporting the development and continuous improvement of the services and features offered by Manulife John Hancock Retirement, with a particular focus on research, ideation, communication and launches.
Position Responsibilities:
Strategy, ideation and research
Understand and support the vision for the project portfolio across all client segments
Act in a thought leadership capacity to stay ahead of trends, regulatory guidelines and forces shaping the industry, and corresponding technology
Manage the new idea intake process for internal stakeholders, acting as one of the primary points of contact
