Role summary
The 3rd Party Sourcing Product Manager owns product strategy and lifecycle management for assigned third‑party supplied products for resale. This role translates customer, market, technical, supplier, and commercial inputs into product requirements, supplier qualification decisions, portfolio recommendations, and cross-functional execution plans. The role leads supplier-enabled product introductions, specification management, supplier performance governance, issue resolution, and lifecycle actions to ensure sourced products meet Eastman standards for quality, compliance, cost, supply reliability, customer value, and margin expectations.
