Job Description

The Opportunity

Plan and execute marketing plans to elevate awareness of the brand according to HQ guidelines, considering 360 campaigns in coordination with different teams (Trade Marketing, Retail, Commercial and Operations).

The Challenge

  • Plan, execute and follow-up marketing campaigns according to global guidelines. 
  • Annual budget administration for the realization of marketing plan: PR activities, animations within POS and special events. 
  • Analysis and planning of brand portfolio according to the local market. 
  • Analysis and report on sales based on NPD to HQ teams, identifying strengths and development areas of the brand. 
  • Planning and coordinating the influencer marketing events and media campaigns with teams according to global brand guidelines. 
  • Planning of actions in collaboration with Sell-Through team based on detected areas to improve customer experience in the POS.
