Pioneer product management strategies in senior care at PointClickCare as a Product Manager. Focus on authorizations and improve care delivery in a remote format.
In this role with the Integrated Care Product team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio dedicated to optimizing resident coverage in long-term care facilities. Your expertise will help avoid denials and enhance patient care quality. Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure product effectiveness and end-user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the product roadmap management for your portfolio
• Create user stories from customer insights and needs
