Product Manager — Fintech Infrastructure
Product
- Define and drive the product roadmap for EC Gold and EC Seeds platforms
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and compliance teams to deliver gold-native financial products
- Conduct market research and user interviews to validate product-market fit
- Write detailed product requirements and acceptance criteria for engineering sprints
- Manage stakeholder expectations across leadership, partners, and regulatory bodies
- Analyse product metrics to identify growth opportunities and optimise user flows
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years product management experience in fintech, payments, or digital assets
- Deep understanding of Islamic finance principles and gold-backed financial instruments
- Proven track record of shipping products from 0-to-1 in a startup environment
