Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a Business Analytics team, promoting continuous improvement, technical excellence and analytical best practices.
• Define and prioritize the area’s analytics roadmap, aligned with business strategy and the needs of partner teams.
• Ensure the quality, consistency and governance of the data used in analyses and models.
• Oversee the development of advanced analyses, statistical and predictive models, and forecasting, ensuring business applicability.
• Work closely with business areas to define KPIs, metrics and analytical hypotheses, influencing strategic decision-making.
• Deliver relevant insights with clear communication tailored to both executive and technical audiences.

Requirements
