About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to own a full product charter at Porter. You will be accountable for the charter‘s OKRs, from problem discovery and roadmap planning through delivery, iteration, and business impact.

You are expected to operate with high independence, run multiple concurrent discovery initiatives, manage a 2–3 quarter roadmap, and actively drive cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and OKRs for a full product charter (2–3 quarters ahead)
• Create detailed PRDs with problem statements, requirements, launch milestones, instrumentation, and impact sizing
