Summary:
The role involves supporting design engineering on prototype bring-up, PCB assembly troubleshooting, testing, and debugging.
Responsibilities
Perform inspection, testing, and failure analysis to determine the cause of defective electronic assemblies. Research, gather, and summarize data for root cause determination. Rework products according to company and industry standards. Build test harnesses, loads, fixtures, and/or circuit boards to support product design as required. Document and maintain records relating to work performed. Inform supervisor and engineering of process or design problems and assist in corrective actions.
