- Provide engineering support for wide range of products (RF / Mixed Signal / Digital) through all phases from development to production release
- Work closely with test engineering team and production support team to drive debug activities, reliability qualification and yield enhancement
- Close interaction with Product Test Engineering team and communicate technical product status to management
- Establish with customers on product testing requirements and production release requirements
- Follow up with foundries and test subcontractors/SAT houses to resolve all production issues
- Provide detailed status reports at each phase, test limit (guard band) generation, correlation and yield summary reports
- Support Yield improvement, Test Time Reduction and retest rate improvement for production ramp
