Qualifications
- Experienced in product development and industrialisation of products.
- Knowledge about Total Quality Management
- University degree in Engineering or corresponding
- Good knowledge about continuous improvement
- Project leadership experience
- Ability to work with and through others
- Experience to work in a process oriented environment
- Knowledge about Solid Works, Product construction, testing and documentation
Responsibilities
- Lead and involve the right resources in Purchasing to secure the product development
- Lead product development at the factory floor from a technical point of view and secure scalability for further implementation at other suppliers
- Lead implementation of product documentation connected to new articles as well as product improves
