SUMMARY:
Looking for a dynamic individual to join our technical team as a Product Development Technologist POSITION INFO:
Qualification
- Diploma or Degree in Food Technology / Food Science
- 2–5 years’ experience in flavour or seasoning product development (essential)
- Proven track record in developing flavours (non-negotiable)
- Experience within a flavour house, seasoning manufacturer, or similar environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Solid understanding of flavour formulation principles (sweet or savoury focus)
- Ability to build flavour profiles from scratch and troubleshoot formulation challenges
- Strong sensory and olfactory capability
- Structured, methodical approach to product development and problem-solving
- Working knowledge of regulatory requirements related to food/flavour development
