Tasks
Responsibility Areas Include
- Support APQP cycle for engineering changes, new products and major process changes.
- Assist with coordinating project teams, identifying dependencies and constraints.
- Support project timelines, milestones and budget adherence.
- Assist with preparing reports and facilitating structured meetings.
- Support Change Control Management.
- Assist with Product Change Management and project documentation.
- Support concept approval, trial coordination and order placement.
- Assist with FAT tests and APQP compliance activities.
- Support creation of Work Breakdown Structures and MS Project plans.
- Assist with project cost control, budget tracking and funding documentation.
- Ensure minutes are taken, distributed and actions followed up.
- Maintain good housekeeping and comply with all company rules.
- Adhere to safety regulations.
