Product Development Manager
On-site, Lausanne – Full‑time – Permanent contract
Our client is an innovative company in the health and longevity sector, focused on developing science‑driven nutrition and personal care products. They are looking for a Product Development Manager to drive product innovation from concept to commercialisation across a diverse portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end product development from concept and formulation through to commercial launch
- Manage product development projects across supplements, with a strong focus on gummies and innovative delivery formats
- Work closely with the scientific team while acting as the operational bridge between R&D and production
- Coordinate with external manufacturing partners and CDMOs, including scale‑up and troubleshooting activities
