Essential Duties & Responsibilities (Summary)
Responsible for Memory (NAND) product development activities focused on New Product Introduction (NPI) test development for wafer, memory, and system-level products (PCIe).
Develops and defines functional product test plans, including test coverage strategy, flow, and validation framework for semiconductor devices.
Designs test processes, hardware/software interfaces, system specifications, and I/O parameters ensuring compatibility with wafer test requirements and production environments.
