Job Description
Responsibilities
- Perform test program correlation and release for high volume production
- Develop test program infrastructure incorporating latest Best-Known Methods
- Validate new product features, test conditions, test methodologies, and test contents during first silicon bring-up
- Perform silicon characterization across process, voltage, and temperature
- Drive Key Performance Indicators such as test time reduction, yield debug, and quality improvement across products
- Support qualification activities and customer return debug
- More than 4 years of experience in semiconductor product development
- Experience with ATE test program development – Advantest 93K, a must .
- Proficient in software programming and scripting languages (C, C++, Java, Ruby, Perl, Python )
