Product Development Engineer – Overview
The Product Development Engineer is responsible for the design, development, and validation of new and existing agricultural equipment products. This role supports the Product Development Manager in delivering innovative, reliable, and cost‑effective solutions that meet customer needs, regulatory requirements, and company standards.
The position plays a key role in translating product requirements into manufacturable designs, working closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful product launches and continuous improvement of existing products.
