Employment: While the day-to-day work location for this role is the Aequs premises in Belagavi, employment will be with Mattel Technology & Innovation Center (MTIC), Hyderabad. MTIC will manage all employee-related processes, including onboarding, payroll, benefits, and other HR-related services.
