In this role, you will partner with engineering and product teams through the design process, advocating for users by understanding their needs and challenges. You will leverage your expertise to produce high-quality designs and ensure usability through research and testing. Creatively align business goals with user needs while mentoring junior designers and guiding them in best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advocate for user needs through research and collaboration
• Create wireframes and prototypes aligned with design guidelines
• Conduct usability testing to inform design decisions

Requirements:
• Degree in Human Computer Interaction or related field
