This role focuses on shaping intuitive, high-impact product experiences that directly influence user activation, retention, and long-term engagement within a complex SaaS environment. You will design end-to-end workflows that simplify intricate multi-user, multi-tenant systems while ensuring clarity, consistency, and scalability across the product. The role goes beyond visual design, emphasizing problem-solving, systems thinking, and data-informed decision-making. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Data teams to translate user needs and business goals into seamless, measurable experiences.
