Key Responsibility

1. Product Design & Development

• Create original product designs that align with brand direction and seasonal themes.
• Ensure design feasibility with manufacturing supplies.

2. Trend & Market Research

• Conduct trend and consumer research.
• Translate insights into relevant and differentiated product ideas and designs.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Product Development team.
• Participate in product reviews and design approvals.

4. Prototyping & Sampling

• Review samples and prototypes together with Product Development team to ensure design intent is achieved.

5. Documentation & Execution

• Ensure timelines and deliverables are met.

6. Responsibility

• Carry out related/ad‑hoc tasks assigned by Superior from time‑to‑time.
