Job Purpose: Design, build, and scale Design System across web and mobile platforms. This role focuses on creating consistent, accessible, and reusable design components while leveraging AI-powered design workflows to improve design efficiency, accelerate product development, and ensure seamless collaboration between Design and Engineering teams. Who You Are: 8+ years of Product Design experience, with at least 4 years specializing in Design Systems. Strong expertise in designing and scaling Design Systems across web and mobile platforms. Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Variables, Components, and Design Tokens. Experience creating scalable component libraries, documentation, usage guidelines, and governance frameworks. Hands-on experience integrating AI-powered design tools such as Figma AI, Generative Design tools, or AI-assisted prototyping workflows.
