The Configuration Support is responsible for supporting the Configuration department through preparation, creation and maintenance of products and their related documentations as required.

• Manage device master records (DMRs) activities such as item entry, maintenance, and Lifecycle changes in AGILE PLM, Setmaker and Oracle EBS systems in compliance with company procedures, GMP, and all National and International Quality Standards.
• Maintain all master documents including BOM, product drawings, specifications and procedures
• Create and maintain associated device Bill of Materials (BOM) and routers
• Prepare, route, monitor and implement Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) in AGILE PLM and Oracle EBS systems for both New DMR releases and changes to existing Items.
