Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Product Associate to support inventory allocation, purchasing, supplier coordination, and product management. The ideal candidate has experience in IT retail, inventory control, and ERP systems, with strong analytical and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage stock allocations and prepare Stock Transfer Requests (STR) for branch replenishment.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely stock transfers and deliveries.
- Monitor branch inventory and respond to stock allocation and replenishment requests.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO) and coordinate supplier deliveries.
- Work closely with the Accounting team for payment processing.
- Maintain accurate product information and create new item codes in the ERP system.
- Encode rebates, promotions, and pricing updates in the system.
