Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Analyzing product and sales development with our competitors, benchmarking, revenue.
- Managing claims and complaints.
- Health and safety documentation.
- Yield management.
- Set up and follow up with sales and battlefield reports/statistics.
- Scouting for sales trends.
- Accompanying clients during product and visiting in destination.
- Building works information.
- Data loading / insert contracts.
Qualifications
- 1 year minimum experience in DMC/Incoming or Hotel chain.
- Ability to build strong relationships with key accounts and Business Partners.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills between providers/clients.
- Self-motivate and manage multiple tasks.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Driving license.
- English and Spanish required; other languages are a plus.
