Reporting to the Strategic Sourcing Supply Chain Manager, the Procurement Team Lead – Strategic Sourcing plans, organize, direct and control the activities of the assigned procurement roles. This includes ensuring the quality and content of the deliverables generated by the team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead a team of Supply Chain professionals performing functions such as Cost Estimating, Buying, Supplier Management, and Strategic Sourcing (or others as assigned)

  • Coach & mentor team members to achieve and maintain KPI's

  • Assign, monitor, and balance team workload (schedule, portfolios, capacity planning, vacation planning and approval etc.)

  • Execute the performance management process with the support and guidance from the Supply Chain Management, including conducting performance reviews, delivering progressive discipline etc.
