JOB SUMMARY:
The Procurement Systems Functional Support role provides critical end‑to‑end functional support for procurement and procure‑to‑pay systems, ensuring efficient, compliant, and user‑friendly purchasing operations. This position partners closely with Procurement, Finance, IT, and external vendors to support system configuration, troubleshoot issues, manage enhancements, and maintain data integrity. The role also leverages AI‑enabled tools and analytics to improve data quality, automate routine support activities, enhance user experience, and identify process optimization opportunities.
