Under the supervision of the Controller, the successful candidate is responsible for acquiring the goods and services an organization needs while ensuring the best value, quality, and compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Committed to a top performance in a safe work environment
• Responsible to complete material receipts and inspect the condition of all incoming purchase orders to ensure the orders are complete as per the purchase order requirements and follow up with vendor if there are any discrepancies.
• Research suppliers of goods and services
• Gather quotes, proposals, and purchase terms and conditions
• Execute the purchase of goods or services approved by management
• Track inventory and submit purchase orders as needed. Ensure physical inventory count corresponds with inventory management system and make the required adjustments
