Project Procurement Specialist
Our client is seeking a Project Procurement Specialist to support transactional procurement activities for a large capital project. This role will focus on purchase order processing, vendor follow-up, document control, expediting and procurement administration.
Responsibilities
+ Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders
+ Track order status, delivery dates and supplier acknowledgments
+ Maintain procurement logs and documentation
+ Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve order issues
+ Support invoice matching, expediting and reporting
Qualifications
+ 2+ years of purchasing or procurement support experience
+ Strong experience with purchase orders, vendor communication and tracking
+ ERP system and Excel proficiency
